Please put clothing in a gallon zip bag labeled with your child’s name.

Any Standard Medication
If your child requires medication daily, or during a specific time, please ensure that the medication is in it’s original container and any prescription medications have the label attached. A form will need to be filled out prior to us administering any medications.
Diapers & Wipes (If Applicable)
If your child requires diapers, please provide diapers and wipes on a regular basis. Your child’s teacher will inform you if the supply runs low.
